The sponsor can utilize our standard Super Deluxe Kiddush menu or discuss menu options with the Office Manager.  Please discuss menu options with the Office Manager prior to submitting this form.  Menu requests need to be finalized no later than one week before the kiddush - after that date the shul will make any outstanding menu decisions based on our historical menu selections.

Full payment, including any upcharges, must be received by the Tuesday prior to the kiddush by submitting the website kiddush form. 

The shul will place the order and be responsible for usual room setup and cleanup. 

Any room setup outside of the usual setup must be approved by the Office Manager one week before the event and will be the responsibility of the sponsor.

The Super Deluxe Kiddush price feeds approximately 60 to 70 people.
