Our beautiful Yarzheit Plaques featured in our main sanctuary is a respectful way to memorialize your loved ones.  The one time cost for the plaque, which will be lit on each yarzheit and whenever yizkor is said, is $360.  Please complete the form below.  May your loved one's neshama have an aliyah.
